Job Description

1. Provide expert guidance and support on statutory compliance matters

2. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislations (Labour Law, Tax Regulations, Social Security Act, etc.) and communicate the impact on payroll practices

3. Maintain and update work documents through digital platform to ensure data integrity

and accessibility

4. Conduct trainings and assessments for internal teams to enhance the understanding of statutory compliance requirements.

5. Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance issues and mitigate risks

6. Participate in compliance audits to identify and rectify compliance issues

Skill

  • Knowledge of laws and regulations in Payroll / Income Tax / Labour Law
  • Familiarity with payroll system platform
  • Fast learner, adaptable and flexible to work load
  • Knowing Japanese or Thai will be an advantage
