Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steam Boiler Operator Grade 1, located in Trong, Perak. The operator will oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of the steam boiler systems to ensure efficient and safe functionality. Responsibilities include monitoring boiler systems to ensure proper operation, performing routine maintenance and repairs, maintaining consistent safety standards, and handling emergency situations effectively. The role also requires cooperation with the technical team to address mechanical issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Technical expertise in steam boiler operation and associated regulations
• Possession of a valid Steam Boiler Grade 1 Competency Certificate by DOSH
• Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks and respond to boiler emergencies
• Experience in the plantation or manufacturing industries is an advantage
