Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock for installation jobs, submit weekly and monthly summary reports, raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
- Collaborates with the Fitment Supervisor to maintain adequate IoT device inventory and stock levels, ensuring seamless technician operations and adherence to the fitment schedule.
- Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
- Provide backup support for SIRIM approval processes.
- Manage and oversee custom declaration processes.
- Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Configure units by linking them to SIM cards, ensuring an adequate supply of field-ready units in inventory.
- Perform initial assessments of field-returned units and allocate them to the appropriate locations.
- Monitor and manage SIM card usage, ensuring proper allocation and stock.
- Identify high-data SIM cards for review and ensure proper handling.
- Regularly review SIM card inventory, terminate unused SIM cards, and maintain sufficient stock.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical operation related jobs
- Computer/IT knowledge PC windows (MS words, Exceletc)
- Possess technical knowledge
- English literacy (advantage)
- Honest and upright person
- Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently.
