Store Expansion Manager

Job Description:

1. Develop expansion plans based on the annual store expansion targets.

2. Evaluate business districts and store locations to optimize the store location selection process.

3. Coordinate with store construction suppliers to ensure the progress of store construction.

4. Maintain good communication with the mall&aposs leasing department to obtain mall expansion information in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the local retail market and business district formats.

2. At least 3 years of experience in store expansion.

3. Ability to work in either the local language or English.

4. Candidates with resources from the leasing departments of local commercial groups are preferred.
