Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Responsible for the sales performance of the boutique(s).
- Provide feedback and recommendation to enhance sales and customer database.
Customer Service
- Maintain a good relationship with current, potential and important customers.
- Recruit new customers and maintain a good relationship with them.
- Provide personalized service to selected important customers.
- Handle customers concerns and complaints.
Inventory Control and Security
- Responsible for stock positioning and stock management of the assigned boutique(s).
- Feedback on categories or groups of merchandise not performing for each season.
Operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the boutique(s).
- Communicate to staff of changes in directions and policies of the Company.
- Plan monthly sales target for each team member.
- Plan duty roster and assign duties to team members as necessary.
- Ensure all regular reports for submission to Headoffice are done accurately and on a timely basis.
- Ensure monthly expenses are well within budget.
- Build and maintain good relationship with mall/retail management
HR & Training
- Recruit, build and motivate a strong team that work towards the common objectives
- Ensure all staff issues are managed according to the Human Resource guideline.
- Feedback to Human Resource Department on the staff related issues and practical suggestions to enhance staff motivations.
- Responsible for the training and development of sales staff.
Merchandising
- Ensure guidelines from Principal are being adhered to.
- Ensure shop windows, in-store and store room are well merchandised and in tip-top condition.
- Conduct overseas buying trips (depending on brand).
Marketing
- Active participation in the marketing activities of the boutique and brand events.
- Provide timely feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing activities and brand events.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.
- Prior experience in luxury fashion retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership, approachable, sales-oriented, and team-building skills
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
