Job Responsibility
Requirements:
- Proven experience at least 3 years as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar retail management role (preferably in the baby, mom and elderly products industry).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints tactfully.
- Strong overall planning ability, data statistics, induction, and application ability.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and retail operations.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Be able to speak English and local language/s.A minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
