Job Summary
Responsible for leading a store team through supervising and directing staff, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing financial performance of the store.
Job Responsibility
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Manage store level personnel and in charge of seamless daily operation from opening to closing of café.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Plan stock, perform inventory planning and purchase goods for respective stores.
- Perform inventory database for both consumables and food raw materials.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Ensure food served at the highest quality level.
- To ensure that cash management and daily bank deposits are completed and well maintained.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
- Years of relevant experience: 3-5 years related experience in F&B including 2-3 years of supervisory experience and ability in analyzing financial reports.
- Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Basic mathematics and accounting skill.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Customer-oriented and service-minded.
