Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Supervisor, located in Petaling Jaya. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer queries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to achieve performance excellence and align with the company's values and goals.

• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to create a positive shopping experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising practices.
• Sales and analytical skills to understand business metrics and drive store performance.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in the retail or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
