Job Purpose
To oversee and manage designated store operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, accurate system updates, and smooth coordination of incoming and outgoing goods across assigned product categories.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate key-in of all stock movement and stock assembly into the system.
- Maintain proper inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy between physical and system records are the same.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Sales Admin, QA/QC and Purchasing to ensure smooth delivery and receiving of goods.
- Ensure store workers follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures which include all instruction given by immediate superior and/or Store Head and Assistant Store Head.
- Plan and supervise the team to achieve high production output and activity.
- Report major issues to the Store Head immediately.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office
- Familiar in Autocount / inventory systems or Warehouse Management System.
- Familiarity with stock control processes.
- Strong leadership with planning skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, documentation, and safety standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and integrity
