Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant metrics
- Collaborate with operations teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize inventory levels
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures

Requirements
- Associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience in store management, accounting, or related fields
- Hospitality experience advantageous, preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and inventory records

International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, ethnicities and religions.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
