Ideal Qualifications
- Technical Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (E&E, Materials, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry) or a closely related technical field.
- Business Acumen : Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, International Business, Psychology, Mass Communications with working experience in technical field will be given preference.
- Domain Familiarity: Strong knowledge of failure analysis and reliability testing for semiconductors supported with practical understanding on semiconductor/SMT/PCBA process workflows
- Consultative Communication: Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite and technical stakeholders alike.
- Multilingual Capability: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to navigate local and regional partner networks; additional regional languages (Mandarin, Thai) are highly valued.
