We are partnering with a globally recognized technology and design software leader trusted by some of the world's top architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure companies.
They are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with strong knowledge of the Malaysian market to drive strategic enterprise growth and manage key customer relationships across large commercial and government-linked accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who enjoys enterprise solution selling, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business acquisition and exceed enterprise sales targets
• Expand strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Build and execute account growth strategies across enterprise customers
• Engage senior decision-makers and position as a trusted advisor
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Partner closely with channel partners to grow market presence
• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Support complex enterprise-level negotiations
Requirements:
• 10+ years of enterprise / software solution sales experience
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales quota
• Strong network and understanding of the Malaysian enterprise market
• Experience handling large enterprise and government-linked accounts
• Background in SaaS / enterprise technology / digital transformation solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling capabilities
• Exposure to AEC / infrastructure / engineering industries will be advantageous
