Job Description

  • Develop key account sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's vision, including sales forecasting, volume planning, order management, and receivables control.
  • Monitor product flow, inventory structure, and seasonal forecasts while ensuring the team understands product knowledge, selling points, and category dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with key accounts, driving business growth and exploring new market opportunities to expand coverage and maximize sales.
  • Provide continuous market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer feedback, recommending actions to management.
  • Manage key account programs, coordinating closely with Brand, Trade Marketing, and other internal teams to support retail development and sales initiatives.
  • Lead and align the sell-in/sell-through process, conduct business reviews, share sell-through data, and ensure efficient supply and order book management.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the sports, lifestyle, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and grow major retail or sports accounts.
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities with solid understanding of sell-in/sell-through dynamics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with brand, marketing, and retail operations teams.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and capable of navigating a fast-paced, competitive market.
