Manage mid and high-value clients, lead solution-based selling, and lead, provide guidance to team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle strategic or complex sales opportunities.
- Conduct consultative selling and propose tailored solutions.
- Lead major proposals, RFPs, tenders, and cross-service opportunities.
- Lead relationship management for key corporate clients (Class A clients).
- Support Manager in executing Business Growth strategies.
- Coordinate with multiple internal service teams.
- Mentor team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance in Business Growth processes and proposal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business growth or sales, preferably within professional services.
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients and develop complex proposals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to lead and provide guidance to team members.
