UEM Sunrise is seeking an experienced communications professional to provide strategic advisory and operational leadership support within the Strategic Communications & Branding Division.
This role is ideal for a seasoned corporate communications practitioner with extensive experience in strategic communications, branding, stakeholder engagement, and media relations, preferably within the property development industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic communication advisory and leadership support across corporate communication initiatives.
- Support the Company's Brand Refresh initiative and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for product launches and key business initiatives.
- Lead thought leadership communication efforts for JS-SEZ and Gerbang Nusajaya.
- Provide counsel on issues management and crisis communications.
- Manage internal and external communication activities to safeguard and strengthen corporate reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and key external partners.
- Coach and provide guidance to the Internal & External Communications team while ensuring continuity of ongoing communication programmes and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Total 10–15 years of overall working experience with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications, Branding, Public Relations, or a related function.
- Prior experience in the property development industry will be highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and communication strategy development.
