Develop and execute key Auto Loan strategies to grow market share across segments via expansion of active dealer network,identification of market opportunitiesandend-to-end execution.
- Representsthe Bank in external engagement to seek opportunities and intelligence in creating competitive edge for Auto Loan lead development ofinnovative, relevant and cost-efficient below-the-line product marketing and acquisition programs with key business partners
- Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of program / initiative to drive maximum sales top of mind and awareness
- Work with respective internal and external stakeholders to ensure these partnerships/programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, product / sales / marketing communications and marketing budgets
- Support on marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity and quality
- Work closely with Auto Loan directsales channelto ensure proper and timely execution of all partnerships/programs and promotions
- Monitor and analyze pre and post campaign & sales performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems / issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
- Support and assist PFS Auto Loan on any other ad-hoc managerial / Bank wideinitiative.
