Mills Recruitment is partnering with an AI data centre company to hire a strategic Partner Programme Specialist to manage key partner relationships, ensure programme compliance, and drive alignment with strategic partners such as Nvidia.

What You Will Do

– Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company, Nvidia, and ecosystem partners
  • Manage partner programmes, including incentives, rebates, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee Salesforce pipeline management, opportunity registration, and reporting
  • Coordinate training and certification programmes to strengthen partner engagement
  • Support issue resolution and provide regular updates on partner performance and opportunities

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT/Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in partner management, channel management, or strategic alliances
  • Experience within technology, data centre, or semiconductor environments
  • Familiarity with Nvidia partner programmes or enterprise IT ecosystems is a plus since training will be provided
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
