Hiring: Sourcing Specialist PCBA
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (PCBA) to join our procurement team and support our growing electronics manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for supplier sourcing, cost control, and supply continuity for PCBA-related materials and outsourcing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and manage PCBA suppliers, including EMS/ODM partners and key component vendors
- Lead supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance management (cost, quality, delivery, capacity)
- Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking, and commercial negotiations to achieve optimal sourcing outcomes
- Manage RFQ/RFP processes for PCBA, components, and related services
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Planning teams on BOM changes, NPI, and mass production
- Monitor market trends, component availability, and supply risks; proactively adjust sourcing strategies
- Support contract negotiation, supplier agreements, and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely order placement, delivery tracking, and issue resolution (shortages, quality issues, delivery delays)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, with hands-on exposure to PCBA or electronics manufacturing
- Familiar with PCBA processes, EMS models, and key electronic components (EE materials)
- Solid experience in supplier negotiation, cost control, and contract management
- Proficient in SAP / ERP systems and Excel
- Strong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese suppliers and stakeholders
