Job Description

  • Perform sourcing activities for non-IT projects and categories as assigned, with high focus supporting Marketing categories, printed materials, catalog items, travel, telemarketing, premium, electronic and others.
  • Responsible for end-to-end sourcing events from RFx to Contracting with third party vendors. And support stakeholders for any post-contracting matters, when required and applicable.
  • Use appropriate sourcing strategy to support corporate and business objectives, providing the organization with a competitive advantage in procuring goods and services.
  • Perform benchmarking and negotiate best price to ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Perform simple to complex commercial analysis.
  • Focus and ensure Cost Savings KPI is achieved year-on-year.
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations for new products and/or suppliers.
  • Source, establish and maintain alternative supplier list for all products and services using a variety of suitable sources and methods.
  • Ensure full compliance and adherence for new supplier onboarding.
  • Ensure Vendor Due Diligence is conducted in compliance with guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable legal contract terms. Ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Support key outsourcing projects and contracts.
  • Perform annual Vendor Performance Management and monitor any vendor Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant applicable laws, regulations, cross functional and company policies.
  • Ensure compulsory training is completed in a timely manner and all policy and guidelines are adhered to in carrying out the work.
  • Support procurement special projects assignment.

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience related to sourcing and third-party contract, if preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) and Procurement/Spend Management tool, will be an added advantage.
  • An individual with integrity, resilient, fast learner with the ability to comprehend, communicate and execute a given task effectively.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and persistence in achieving high results.
  • Fast learner, ability to collaborate, work independently and multi-task efficiently in handling volume sourcing request.
