Who Is This Role For

We are looking for a Growth Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring our strategies deliver real business outcomes.

This is not a reporting and admin roleyou'll be the bridge between clients and our strategists/specialists, ensuring execution aligns with growth objectives.

What You'll Do

Client Partnership

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clientsbuilding trust, managing expectations, and driving satisfaction.
  • Understand client business models (D2C, B2B, services) and connect marketing actions to growth outcomes.
  • Lead regular client meetingsweekly status calls and monthly/quarterly reviews.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate with strategists, media buyers, and creatives to ensure deliverables align with agreed strategies.
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams (ads, CRO, web, content, CRM).
  • Monitor timelines and campaign rollouts, flagging risks and ensuring smooth execution.

Performance & Insights

  • Review reports and performance dashboards, ensuring key business KPIs are highlighted.
  • Discuss results with clients in plain business terms (not just technical marketing metrics).
  • Proactively suggest optimizations and opportunities for better outcomes.

Growth Enablement

  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities (new services, campaigns, or platforms).
  • Ensure client renewals by consistently tying marketing efforts back to business impact.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)

24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management (agency or client-side).

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Strong communication and presentation skillscomfortable in client-facing meetings.

Ability to connect marketing KPIs (leads, ROAS, CPL, revenue) to business goals.

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides/Docs for reporting and client communication.

Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Strong organizational skillsable to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.

Must be based in Malaysia, with ability to attend occasional face-to-face meetings (internal & client).

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Meta/Google Ads, or CRM tools.
  • Exposure to lead generation campaigns for B2B or service-based businesses.
  • Experience in growth-focused environments (agency, startup, or consulting).
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
