Who Is This Role For
We are looking for a Growth Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring our strategies deliver real business outcomes.
This is not a reporting and admin roleyou'll be the bridge between clients and our strategists/specialists, ensuring execution aligns with growth objectives.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)
24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management (agency or client-side).
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skillscomfortable in client-facing meetings.
Ability to connect marketing KPIs (leads, ROAS, CPL, revenue) to business goals.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides/Docs for reporting and client communication.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Strong organizational skillsable to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.
Must be based in Malaysia, with ability to attend occasional face-to-face meetings (internal & client).
