About The Job

You will be reporting to the Strategy Lead and will contribute to the development of growth and expansion initiatives for RPG. You should also have no problem in influencing the leadership team and cross functional teams to achieve alignment. The ideal candidate should be ready to roll up their sleeves & collaborate closely with team leads to take on a wide range of challenges, examples include strategy formulation, launching new business verticals, operational implementation & optimization, market research, business development and people management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy & CEO's office (30%)

• Facilitate and support strategy development, implementation and monitoring of strategic projects to deliver business value to key stakeholders .
• Involve in special projects across various departments from M&A opportunities, operations optimization, offline expansion etc.
• Assist in research and insights projects such as market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing strategy etc.
• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations.

2. Venture Arm (70%)

• Identify new business opportunities that align with the overall group strategy.
• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies to determine viability of business.
• Launch the new business venture from ideation to execution.
