Role Overview
- Support the Group Managing Director (GMD) and C-level executives in day-to-day business decisions and growth strategies.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless leadership and execution.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries, focusing on business expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Manage professional schedules, travel arrangements, and key communications for the GMD and C-level team.
- Be a key player in strategic decision-making and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support:
- Assist GMD and C-level executives with daily duties, including scheduling, meetings, and business decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and distributing content appropriately.
- Manage sensitive issues and concerns with discretion, ensuring timely resolutions through coordination with stakeholders.
Meeting & Travel Management
- Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries for both business and personal needs of executives.
Business Acumen & Analytical Support
- Analyze business trends, provide insights, and support key commercial negotiations.
- Lead projects with a strategic approach, delivering solutions that align with business objectives.
Administrative & Operations Management
- Maintain records of approvals, requests, and project milestones.
- Handle high-level administrative tasks such as preparing presentations and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or executive-level support.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify trends and drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and high-level presentations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Willingness to travel both locally and overseas.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license are required.
