As a Studio Operations Executive at The Flow Studio, you are the heartbeat of our space. You are responsible for delivering a superior yoga and pilates experience by taking proactive ownership of the customer journey. From managing the meticulous standards of our physical environment to ensuring seamless classroom delivery and client communication, you ensure every guest finds their flow.
Job Description
- Operations: Manage day-to-day studio operations (physical and virtual).
- Customer Excellence: Provide a premium, proactive service experience to all clients.
- Team Leadership: Train and manage a dedicated team of Desk Staff.
- Scheduling: Proactively oversee and manage multiple class schedules.
- Administrative Support: Assist with cross-functional tasks spanning Recruitment, Finance, HR, and Customer Service.
- Process Improvement: Apply hands-on strategic thinking to optimize processes and ensure the smooth running of all classes.
