Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience aligned with premium service standards.
- Engage clients through storytelling, styling advice, and tailored product recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through proactive relationship management and followups.
- Provide fulllook styling solutions and crosssell complementary products.
- Utilize instore digital tools to enhance the customer journey and capture client information.
- Handle client inquiries or concerns professionally in line with service guidelines.
- Support store operations, including inventory checks and visual standards.
- Track personal sales and service performance against key retail KPIs.
Requirements
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Customercentric, confident, and serviceoriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools; familiarity with Apple devices is a plus.
