RHB Summer Internship Program 2026
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our inaugural Summer Internship Program in the banking sector.
RHB Summer Internship Program is an 8-week programme designed to offer interns a well-rounded introduction and exposure to RHB and the banking industry.
The program will begin with a two-week acclimation phase designed to provide interns with a solid understanding of key concepts and practices within the banking industry. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, tackle real-life business challenges, and contribute meaningfully to their teams.
You will,
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and project sponsors to solve real-life business challenges, applying the knowledge gained during the acclimation period.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of banking operations, such as financial analysis, risk management, and customer service.
- Contribute actively to team meetings and project discussions, sharing insights and ideas to drive innovation and problem-solving.
- Share contributions and project outcomes with a wider audience, demonstrating the skills and knowledge acquired during the internship.
Key Requirements
- Open to students from 1st year through the final year of study.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program, with a minimum requirement of a CGPA of 3.0 / Second Class Upper qualification / WAM score of 70% or equivalent from overseas universities
- Active in extracurricular activities and/or society participation.
