Supervisor - Engineering, Control & Instrumentation (Engineering)

What You'll Do:
Job Scope :
- Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, ISO 9001/GMP standards, and SOPs
- Enforce safety, Covid prevention, 5S, and Lotto system practices
- Oversee maintenance and repair of control systems & instrumentation per work instructions
- Plan and organize duty rosters, work schedules, and task assignments
- Execute improvements, modifications, repairs, and projects
- Plan Setup, installation, testing, qualification, inspection, and calibration of control systems & instrumentation
- Lead, manage and supervise the operational activities
- Ensure maintenance checklists and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
- Initiate and execute continuous improvement actions :
- * Breakdown and preventive maintenance
- * Line scan and rolling stain rejection.
- * 5S at workplace and workshop
- Communicate and work collectively and collaboratively with inter departments and external parties
Requirements :
- Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, Mechatronic or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working with PLC (preferably SIEMENS) and instrumentation
- Have supervisory experiences & Willing and able to perform shift-based work
- Preferably with working experience in manufacturing or similar industry
- PLC troubleshooting, wiring/loop drawing and programming.
