What You'll Do:
Job Scope :
- To carry out electrical and mechanical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project for all area inside Hartalega NGC premises. (Production lines, QA dept., Warehouse, Compounding)
- To lead the team and plan for annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
- To liaise with contractor or supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities.
- To ensure LOTO are used for all isolation work
- To troubleshooting machine and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
- Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
- To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.
- Always feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues/items.
- To improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
- To ensure activities carried out by solely or jointly with other divisions observe good health and safety standards.
- To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, etc.)
- To ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance & to rectify complain from customers.
- To always innovate and improve on the process and frequent breakdown and non-user friendly equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Requirements :
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Have supervisory experiences
- Preferably with working experience in glove manufacturing or similar industry
