Possess relevant experience in Semiconductor industry - preferably in Trim and Probe operation.

Lead a team of operation & supporting group to achieve its daily/weekly KPI.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Having the ability of being visible, dependable, organized and resourceful team leader.
  • Aggressive team leader/member with the ability to work closely with functional groups in order to strive towards Operational Excellence.
  • Closely monitor daily loading plan in order to meet targeted yield & output by establishing a strong line of communication among execution & supporting team.
  • Monitor product movement to ensure that daily and weekly ship schedules are achieved.
  • Good background of inventory control, planning, and management.
  • Maintain high accuracy of inventories of raw materials and WIP.
  • Assist & guide execution team to achieve shiftly output, machine utilization, cycle time and work toward overall improvement.
  • Develop, motivate, and challenge all line members to perform to their full potential through direct and timely formal and informal feedback.
  • Effective manpower planning to achieve labor efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive zero defect quality, 100% on-time-delivery (OTD) and cycle time.
