Job Description
- Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff, ensuring operational efficiency
- Pharmacy Operations & Process Optimization
- Oversee daily pharmacy workflow, ensuring efficiency in prescription dispensing, customer service, and administrative Tasks.
- Regulatory Compliance & Medication Safety
- Ensure adherence to Poison Act 1952 and pharmacy compliance regulations
- Customer Service & Patient Care Excellence
- Ensure a customer-centric pharmacy environment, where patients receive professional consultation and service.
- Medication Management & Dispensing Oversight
- Supervise medication dispensing, ensuring compliance with prescription guidelines.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Oversee inventory tracking and monitor stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records
- Sales & Business Growth Support
- Assist in market analysis, product placement, and identifying sales trends.
- Continuous Learning & Professional Development
- Stay updated on pharmacy regulations, industry best practices, and digital pharmacy trends.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Additional Language: Mandarin (an added advantage but not compulsory)
- At least 3-5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in the health/retail pharmacy industry will be an advantage
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Healthcare-Pharmacy or equivalent.
