Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager to supervise staff on the shop floor, and to ensure company operating procedures are followed, and the delivery of the highest quality of customer service.

  • To assist the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store
  • To carry out daily checks on all display counters, orderliness of displays.
  • To carry out daily checks on sales staff&aposs attire and name tag.
  • To attend to customer&aposs complaint.
  • To carry out monthly stock check.
  • To report to store manager all matters concerning sales staff attitude towards work and to render good customer service when serving customers.
  • To obtain feedback on competitor&aposs brand name.
  • To be responsible for after Sales service i.e.: repair service, stamping and initial of products and delivery service.
  • To arrange for repair of wear and tear of store furniture, fixtures and maintenance of store and office equipment.
  • To assist the store manager to compile sales report if the store manager is out of town.
  • To write up the sales staff duty roster.
  • To check and update staff&aposs Annual leave application, public holidays, hour claim and Medical leave.
  • To carry out checks on staff purchases.
  • To write up petty cash claim.
  • To check on updating of customer&aposs purchases.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in luxurious or travel related retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill.
  • Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
