We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Retail and F&B teams across multiple brands. In this role, you will lead and support the store in representing the brand, driving sales performance, and delivering operational excellence. You will play a key role in executing business strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Ensure store standards are consistently upheld through strong visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and a customer-first mindset, while fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand's luxury image.
  • Store Operations: Follow SOPs for opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
  • Inventory & Reporting: Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
  • Compliance & Development: Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Ideal to have at least 5-6 years of fashion retail experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong sales and operational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and store performance.
  • Excellent customer service and clienteling to build strong relationships with potential clients.
