Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor located in Alor Setar Kedah, Malaysia. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and achieving sales targets. The Supervisor will also be involved in scheduling shifts, monitoring store performance, and implementing promotions and pricing changes.
