Liaise with suppliers at the new product introduction stage to underpin critical parameters monitoring plan, cleanliness requirement, and manufacturing readiness.
Review supplier quality performance data where applicable, eg. In-process, Outgoing, Cleanliness, Yield, etc.
Continuously working with suppliers to improve process and product quality, cleanliness & contamination control to meet Min Aik and end customer satisfaction and requirements.
Liaison with suppliers about supplier-related quality issue investigation with appropriate quality tools, disposition of non-conformity parts, recovery plan and improvements.
Conduct periodic supplier product/process audits, quality system audit, and supplier performance rating.
Prepare regular quality reports for management review
Work with procurement team to develop new potential suppliers.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
