Supply & OEM Management Executive

Are you someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, negotiating and making sure things get done on time

We're looking for a Supply & OEM Management Executive to join our Product & Regulatory team

What you'll be doing:

• Plan production schedules and maintain optimal stock levels

• Coordinate with OEM manufacturers and suppliers

• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging and finished goods

• Monitor production, delivery and supplier performance

• Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain purchasing records and prepare supply chain reports

• Work closely with Warehouse, Finance, R&D, Marketing and Regulatory & QA teams

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, procurement or supply chain

• Strong planning, analytical, communication and negotiation skills

• Good command of Google Workspace and Excel

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
