About The Job

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

First Assignment

  • Create and submit the purchase orders to the Brand Companies.
  • Monitor shipping schedules, airfreight shipments and ETAs via designated systems, and
  • ensure updated in the ERP system.
  • Perform import reconciliation between purchase order versus receive shipment. Monitor
  • and report any deviations.
  • Proactively update Planners pertaining to purchase order fulfilment, purchase order status
  • and purchase order arrival.
  • Coordinate, compile, review and provide import documentation to 3PL to perform inventory
  • receiving.
  • Assist Logistics to follow up on dry goods replacement from Brand Companies
  • Maintain information and prepare reports that include (but not limited to) the following information/reports as per agreed timeframes:
  • stock on hand reports
  • goods in transit reports
  • days forward coverage reports
  • stock replenishment plan from Brand Owner Companies
  • stock exceptions and/or risks
  • supply transit times
  • imports planning KPIs
  • quality and safety deviations

Second Assignment

  • Responsible to prepare the Supply Chain reports. This could include follow-up with the
  • responsible parties on their report's submissions.
  • Provide the administration support across Supply Chain team:
  • Planning: create and submit the purchase orders to the Brand Companies. Follow-up
  • on shipping status and update into ERP.
  • Planning: create work order for value added packing.
  • Planning: support Planners on S&OP deck preparations and compilations.
  • Customer Service: daily order status report.
  • Logistics: review invoices and inventory checks.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management
  • from time to time as deemed necessary

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Hands on experience in JD Edwards will be an added advantage.
  • Good excel proficiency in using formulas, functions, and features to effectively manage and present data.
  • Organized and able to effectively prioritize and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed, takes responsibility and able to work with minimal supervision.
