Supply Chain Analyst (Staff/Principal level)

The Opportunity & Role Impact:

Join our team to play a pivotal role in managing our Optical Solution Division, OSD, supply chain operations. This position is critical to ensuring seamless material flow and on-time delivery to customers, directly contributing to the company's success and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with various teams and contract manufacturers, working on real-world challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OSD product's supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing teams to align with customer requirements and forecasts.
  • Communicate proactively across production and planning operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on all manufacturing capacity reports.
  • Secure capacity with factories/suppliers to support forecasts, proactively identifying and correcting potential issues.
  • Interface with engineering and QA to understand technical issues and their effect on material flow.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing accurate commits and schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:


Required:

  • Degree/Diploma with equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of Planning/Supply Chain experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis to identify trends and improve processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight time constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders. Able to communicate with America East Coast co-workers twice a week.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge/experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP system is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
