About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our demand planning cycle by maintaining high-quality data and refining the assumptions that drive our inventory and logistics strategies. The ideal candidate enjoys diving into data sets, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that our forecasting software reflects the most current market realities.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast Auditing & Maintenance: Utilize internal tools and processes to routinely audit the accuracy of demand forecasts and underlying assumptions.
- Dynamic Data Updates: Re-run forecasts as needed to ensure all supply chain data remains permanently updated and actionable.
- Forecast Inputs Modeling: Leverage established internal workflows to create new inputs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the company to verify data points and refine the logic used in demand modeling.
- Process Efficiency: Manage personal workflow effectively, balancing quick-turn software processing with deeper analytical projects.
Daily Tasks & Time Allocation
- NPI: Integrate new products into the system. Track the release dates and keep the demand forecasts aligned with any changes.
- Monthly Review: Updating the forecast inputs and rerunning the demand plan to reflect the latest data.
- Analytical Deep Dives: Conduct data analysis to verify or create new forecast inputs.
- System Testing: Supporting internal software quality assurance by cross-referencing outputs and bug reporting to the development team.
Qualifications (Required)
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics etc.
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Administrative, or any relevant studies.
- Experience in using tools like SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Blue Yonder (JDA), or proprietary internal systems.
- Great to have advanced Excel skillsets, SQL for extracting and managing large datasets.
- Experience with tracking software (e.g., Jira) or cross-referencing system outputs for quality assurance.

- Analytical Rigor: Ability to audit complex datasets and identify discrepancies in forecasting logic.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort working with demand planning software and internal data tools.
