Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling stock replenishment and arrival
- Submit purchase forecast on a timely basis
- Identify potential out of stock situation and take action to resolve
- Identify high stock day and take action to resolve
- Track shipment on weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate with various distribution centre and resolve any issue arises
- Work closely with internal teams and other depts , ie : Merchandise , Sales Operation to support the supply chain and achieve objectives.
- Improve Forecasting accuracy while achieving target
- Manage and optimize all automated Min-Max inventory parameters to ensure continuous supply and minimize carrying costs through strategic replenishment ordering.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as and when identified and required
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business Management, Mathematic , Applied Science or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management/Demand & Supply Planning/Sales and Operations Planning process
- Applicant from FMCG industry is added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of people
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, process-oriented, detail, and analytical
- Strategic thinking ability, always seeking areas for improvement to create growth, and improve financial performance
- Strong computer literacy(particularly in Microsoft Excel or Power BI )
- Possess a positive attitude and team player
