Partner with client companies to evaluate and enhance their supply chain operations and business workflows.
Conduct process analysis and provide strategic recommendations across inventory management, OTC, and P2P cycles.
Support or lead transformation projects focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and system integration.
Collaborate with internal and client teams in sales, marketing, procurement, planning, and finance to ensure supply chain alignment with business goals.
Develop and present business cases, process maps, and performance improvement plans.
Monitor project implementation progress and measure results against KPIs and ROI targets.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, ERP (SAP/Oracle) solutions, and digital supply chain innovations.
Requirements
Must possess a degree from one of Malaysia's Top 5 Universities (UM, USM, UKM, UPM, or UTM) or from a Top 5 globally ranked overseas university.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Inventory & Warehouse Management.
Exposure to Demand or Supply Planning in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
Consulting, Sales, or transformation project experience is a strong plus.
