Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end supply chain organization in a fast-growing lithium battery and energy storage business. This role is strategic and hands-on, responsible for designing a resilient, cost-effective, and responsive supply chain, while driving value creation beyond cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year supply chain strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
- Optimize manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution networks, balancing cost, speed, and resilience.
- Drivecross-functional collaboration to implement major initiatives (e.g., S&OP, NPI).
- Oversee end-to-end operational excellence, including process optimization, digitalization (ERP/WMS/TMS), and KPI-driven performance management.
Requirements
- 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles in manufacturing, preferably lithium battery, energy storage, electronics, or automotive.
- Proven experience as Supply Chain Director / HOD, managing senior managers and multi-functional teams.
- Strong strategic planning, network design, and digital supply chain experience.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Mandarin / Chinese-speaking required to liaise with China-based stakeholders.
