Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Monitor demand management key performance indicators and provide weekly updates to senior leaders.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective action plans with the demand management organization.
  • Assess opportunities to improve existing demand analytics.
  • Work closely with collaborators from Supply Chain, Procurement, and Factory Operations to implement new business intelligence solutions.
  • Attend and update material-related topics in Product Team Meetings (PTM).
  • Provide summarized material supply status updates for management.
  • Ensure the supply of WOS view to the ATSM team and get status updates and action plans.
  • Perform What-If or Scenario Analysis for multiple business scenarios.
  • Balance materials across sites and handle raw material sales.
  • Control PPV expenses and minimize outstanding expenses.
  • Plan and control materials for up to 2 years, including repurposing materials and SS replenishment.
  • Ensure material availability in tactical windows up to 26 weeks to meet tester delivery.
  • Handle overall SIG inventory at the lowest optimum level.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in planning/forecasting.

Additional Information:

  • Experience leading technical engagements from business requirements to solution delivery and training.
  • Strong understanding of data management and data visualization techniques.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with data analysis and advanced analytics concepts.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and demand management tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively work with business and technical collaborators.
  • Proven facilitation skills to influence and align teams.
