The Opportunity
This position works out of our
Imazium Damansara Uptown location in the
Abbott Vascular (AV) division. As a Supply Chain Executive, you will serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (4PL) and customers.
What You'll Do
- Coordination of logistics.
- Inventory control & consignment stock count reconcilliations.
- Processing & monitoring 4PL meets required KPI standards (replenishment of stock/ used product updates/ following with PO on billing).
- Addressing & resolving issues e.g. delays, quality problems or disruptions.
- Maintain full compliance with corporate Finance, Compliance, Regulatory and Quality policies, maintaining all Customer Service & Inventory management records.
- Oversee entire Supply Chain activities in Malaysia, ensuring timely delivery as per customer/ sales needs.
- Other related tasks/ projects from time to time.
Required Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Basic cath lab/ product knowledge
- Organized & good planning skills
- Computer spreadsheet skills (Advanced Excel Pivot, Macro & SAP)
