Responsible for managing optimal stock levels, leading the implementation of SAP systems, and ensuring seamless coordination with third-party (3PL) providers
System Implementation: Lead and support the rollout and integration of SAP modules related to inventory, procurement, and warehouse management.
Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels of WF durians, frozen pulps, and packaging materials to ensure optimal turnover while minimizing waste and stockouts.
Data Accuracy: Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations within the SAP system
Peak Season Readiness: Proactively coordinate with cold storage facilities, transport vendors, and forwarding agents to secure capacity before the durian peak season begins
Management Reports: Prepare daily/weekly inventory aging reports, and supply chain performance dashboards for management to analyze sales trends and procurement needs.
Propose action with risk assessments and mitigation plan during contingency.
Any other task assigned by immediate superior.
Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Skills
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
Excellent planning skills and proficiency in excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP)
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
