Oversee procurement policies and ensure consistent supplier management across the Group.
Monitor and track prices for all Group-level procurement items, including raw materials (e.g., chemicals), packaging, general purchases, and shipping costs.
Maintain and update a central price database for key purchase categories with the latest supplier information.
Provide historical price data to support procurement teams in negotiation preparation.
Generate and share monthly price trend reports for critical items (e.g., key raw materials, packaging).
Carry out any other related tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by the superior.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management / Transport Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 0-2 year of working experience or fresh graduate in the Logistics / Transport field and relevant experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Malay.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills – external and internal.
