What You'll Do:
- Manage stock replenishment and logistics arrangements for branches and H2H (stockist) centers across West and East Malaysia, including transfer order processing.
- Monitor inventory accuracy by performing stock adjustments, stock counts, and maintaining stock integrity across warehouses and sales channels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory activities with HQ, 3PL providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Create, update, and maintain SKU Master records, ensuring accurate product and inventory data in the system.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, ensuring compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
- Process procurement and inventory-related transactions, including PR/PO creation, staff purchase requests, and verification of warehouse and transportation billings.
- Resolve and escalate inventory issues such as stock shortages, damaged or expired products, and system discrepancies while supporting company events and operational requirements.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good in follow-up
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in system transactions
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
