Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Executive based in Shah Alam. The Supply Chain Executive will manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, production scheduling, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless logistics, analyzing data to optimize supply chain performance, and resolving issues to maintain operational excellence. You will also play a key role in aligning supply chain activities with the company's sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Production Planning to ensure efficient workflows and inventory optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify trends, and drive supply chain improvements
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience in Supply Chain Operations, including logistics coordination and workflow optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the fresh food industry is a plus
