Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations including supplier management, procurement, production planning, logistics coordination, warehouse management, and material handling. The role ensures timely supplier management, material availability, cost control, inventory accuracy, and smooth production flow to support factory operations and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Import(Ocean) shipment (Pet food/Raw Mat/Cat Litter/Coleman/Montbell)
- Handle Import (cross border) shipment (Public Cargo/ Swift/Freightmar/FM Global)
- Checking & confirm draft K2/K1/BL
- To plan and control delivery activities.
- To plan and coordinate logistic activities to achieve higher level of efficiency & lower deliver cost.
- To coordinate activities in buying products and involve in engaging suppliers and factory.
- To ensure department SOP process and ISO compliances.
- Forecast demand planning to ensure supply sufficient stock for

- Arrange shipment including import or export from/to foreign countries.
- To analyses the transportation costing.
- Delivery planning for in-bound and out-bound.
- Document checking for import and export purpose (Invoice/packing list/BL/K1/FORM D etc)
- Familiar with export market's importation requirement
- License / shipping documents registration
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.
Academic or trade qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business or Administration or International Business or equivalent
Work Requirement
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Minimum 23 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
