About our Client
This company is a multinational corporation in the FMCG industry with a long-standing presence globally thanks to their popular range of products. They have an established operations in Selangor and is currently looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Finance Lead/Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Supply Chain Finance Lead, you will be managing a team of 4-5 and reporting to a Regional Finance Controller. You will be providing financial support and act as a finance business partner in supply chain for the Malaysia business. Your role will cover CAPEX, working capital management, inventory and product costing. You will also be given the opportunity to be involved in process improvement and system implementation which will give you additional exposure. In addition to this, there may be some projects that you'll manage on an ad-hoc basis.
Skill And Experience Required
Applicants would need at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA or MICPA. You will also need at least 10 years experience in a similar role in a FMCG or Manufacturing MNC and exposure to active business partnering. These attributes will increase your chances of success in this role. You will need to be hands on and agile with strong communication skill.
