Job Description

To provide operational support in Fulfilment Team to meet department objectives and company business goal.
To process customers orders as per the various requirements and process flow, accurately and timely.
To prepare accurate delivery documents & billing documents before due date.
To handle customers inquiries with regards to stock availability, expiry date/shelf life, delivery schedule, etc.
To assist in Master Data creation.
To process requests for demo & loan equipment movement to and from customers location.

Requirements

Highly conscientious, detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for numbers and data accuracy
Able to identify customer and sales person requirement and provide solution to handle their enquiries and complaints promptly
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Good analytical and organizational skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to interact with different levels of people and good interpersonal skills
Knowledge in ISO Quality Management System and GDPMD
Degree in any Science discipline
